In celebration of the Breast Cancer Awareness Month, different companies have been selling different fashion accessories in pink, the color that symbolizes the disease. This pink jeweled ribbon pin by Estee Lauder, for instance, creates a simple yet profound statement about the importance of early detection.
The pin, which is now available at Nordstrom for North American fashionistas, helps raise awareness of the disease and sends a message to fellow women that detecting the cancer as early as possible could save lives. It costs only US$12.50 plus shipping and handling.
