Splurge: ReVive Microdermabrasion Renewal System

Splurge: Sarah Chapman Bespoke Facial

First and foremost, this treatment is only available in London. For your efforts, reward yourself by getting Sarah Chapman’s famous facial which includes cleansing, exfoliation, a three-stage massage, and masks. The result: a smoother, fresher, firmer and considerable younger looking skin. Oh, and before you make flight and hotel reservations, note that there’s a three-month waiting list. Chapman’s famous facial goes for $150-$215 (plus airfare).

Save: Sarah Chapman Skinesis
