Neon has been featured in several designers’ collections this year.

It’s not surprising then that Essie, the nail tint brand that brought us last summer’s most blinding shades, released a whole new bunch of eye-catching colors which are sure to conjure up images of the sea, sand and vividly painted toes.

The New York-based nail expert’s latest offerings include Punchy Pink, an icy watermelon; Flirty Fuchsia, a fluorescent magenta; Funky Limelight, a Day-Glo yellow; and Perky Purple, an electric violet. The foursome goes on matte, so you can practice for next season’s flat-finish-trend, says style.com, or wear it with a glossy top coat for a shiny effect. Now you can focus on matching swimsuit to your nail color.
