Robert Pattinson (swoon!) has been spotted hanging out with some of his Twilight co-stars at some of fairly swanky hangouts around LA and NYC (and thus, sealing his newly-minted star status). You can party like a totally hot movie-vampire without selling depleting your college fund. Some of the drinks at these places are fairly affordable.

The Hall Courtyard Brasserie at Palihouse Holloway

(West Hollywood, Ca.)

The Hall Courtyard Brasserie is fairly cozy, but still very elegant. The ambiance is very mellow, unlike some of the wilder clubs (which are teeming with paparazzi) that some celebrities frequent.

What’s even cooler is that their cocktails will set you back by only $12 at the most! Even the food is surprising affordable – and by no less that a Michelin-starred chef, Brendan Collin.

Ye Coach and Horses

(Sunset Blvd, Hollywood, Ca.)

Ye Coach and Horses has long been a drinker’s lair. According to a review, it’s a British dive bar that’s been overrun by hippies who brought an "eclectic jukebox and drinks of the sour-apple-martini genre." But the Brit feel lives on in the high-backed booths, half-timber walls adorned by numerous flags, and the remnants of a fireplace. I can understand why Mr. Pattinson would want to hangout here.

The drinks are fairly inexpensive, and will set you back around $11. Tuesday night is ladies night, and drinks will cost you around $3 only.

The Stanton Social

(Stanton St., Lower East Side, NY)

Here’s another classy hangout where you can just chill and of course, drink. With the luxe vibe, you’d be surprised to find how easy on the pocket the menu offerings are. The cocktails will set you back anywhere between $8-$12. Even the foods will only set you back between $6-$21. The raw bar selections though, will set you cost you a bit more, $9/16 for Littlenecks on the half shell to $75 for the Petrossian American Caviar Service.

Death & Co.

(east 6^th St., Lower East Side, NY)

Death & Co. at 6^th St. Lower East side is a cool and rather dark place to hangout. It relatively small compared to other popular hangout. But it’s a nice place to go to if you want to go low-key and unwind. Drinks are really inexpensive here too – only $13, take yours shaken or stirred.
