Many may have criticized Stella McCartney for her so-called nepotism-laden meteoric rise to fame, but the designer has proved that she does not need to carry the name of her famous father (former Beatles member Paul McCartney) to display her talent. Her Appaloosa line of purses are known for being completely non-leather, as she is an animal rights activist herself, but that does not mean her fabric and faux leather bags pale in design compared to their leather counterparts.
